  • With the goal to join the process of creation a new generation of alternative journals aimed at providing the public with free and unrestricted access to scholarly research,

The electronic scientific journal MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP: TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT (METOD)  supports the Budapest initiative "Open Access", providing all users with open and free access to its content, according to the principles of DIRECTORY OF OPEN ACCESS JOURNALS, permitting to use the full-text materials of original articles and submissions for any legitimate purposes, even commercially according to the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

You are free to:

  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

According to the Recommendations of Budapest Open Access Initiative,

“Open access” to peer-reviewed research literature means its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.

That will:

  • usher in huge advances in the sciences;
  • promote the popularization of scientific literature;
  • accelerate scientific research efforts;
  • expand the scope of education;
  • allow authors to reach a larger number of readers.

 The journal provides article download statistics by the tools of COUNTER plugin that allows reporting on journal activity, using the COUNTER standard

1. Open Access Policy

  1. The journal provides open access to all published materials, allowing readers to freely read, download, copy, distribute, and use publications for scholarly purposes.

  2. The open access policy aims to:

    • increase the visibility and citation of scientific publications;

    • promote international knowledge exchange;

    • support the academic community and education.

  3. Authors retain copyright for their work while granting the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article.

2. Copyright Usage Terms

  1. All journal materials are protected by copyright and are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Use of journal materials is permitted provided that:

    • proper citation and reference to the source are included;

    • the integrity of the text and content of the article is maintained;

    • commercial use is not undertaken without written permission from the author and the editorial board (if a non-commercial license applies).

  3. Authors retain the right to reuse their work in their own publications, presentations, teaching materials, and other academic projects, provided that the license terms are followed.

  4. The journal is not responsible for unauthorized use by third parties but reserves the right to take action in cases of copyright infringement.

3. Use of Open Access Materials for Educational and Research Purposes

  1. Journal materials may be used by educators, students, and researchers for teaching, research, and preparation of scholarly works.

  2. Any copying or distribution of materials must include proper acknowledgment of the journal and the authors.
