Економічна реконфігурація процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг як форма адаптації до інфраструктурних обмежень

Стаття присвячена формуванню нових наукових рішень щодо розкриття проблематики економічної реконфігурації процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг як форми адаптації до інфраструктурних обмежень. Метою статті є обґрунтування сутності та розкриття теоретичної характеристики економічної реконфігурації процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг в Україні як форми адаптації до інфраструктурних обмежень, що діють у авіаційній галузі країни з початку повномасштабного вторгнення та ведення бойових дій на території держави. Методологія: у дослідженні використано наступні методи наукового пізнання: літературний аналіз та синтез для формування визначення термінів «економічна реконфігурація», «просторова реконфігурація», «економічна реконфігурація процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг»; історичний метод, що дозволяє розкрити проблематику процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг в Україні; економіко-математичні методи для розкриття впливу на економічну реконфігурацію процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг в Україні семи взаємопов’язаних вимірів (просторовий, функціональний, витратний, координаційний, розподільчий, ризиковий і споживчий); графічний метод та метод логічного узагальнення, які дозволили надати теоретичну характеристику вимірам економічної реконфігурації процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг; метод сценаріїв, що дозволяє сформувати чотири передбачення розвитку економічної реконфігурації процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг в Україні. Результати: сформульовано авторське визначення економічної реконфігурації процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг як зумовленої стійким інфраструктурним обмеженням структурної зміни сукупності доступних вузлів і маршрутів, розподілу функцій між учасниками, способів координації, структури економічних витрат і профілю ризику. Практичне значення: практичне впровадження пропозицій і висновків даної статті слід розглядати в контексті їх важливості для адаптації авіатранспортної галузі України до воєнних викликів. Оригінальність / цінність – у науковому дослідженні сформульовано чотири спрямовані передбачення розвитку економічної реконфігурації процесу створення цінності авіатранспортних послуг в Україні – щодо специфічності активів і витрат переключення, вартості часу та надійності, взаємозамінності вузлів і цифрово-інституційної сумісності.
