Abstract

Over the past decades, the development of project methodologies has become an important factor in increasing business efficiency and flexibility. SCRUM is one of the most widespread and effective methodologies that has gained global recognition. It allows you to respond quickly to changes, optimise workflows, and achieve high results by clearly defining roles, artefacts, and events. Ukraine's IT sector is developing rapidly, which contributes to the introduction of modern project management methods. The use of SCRUM technologies helps Ukrainian companies to increase their competitiveness in the international market, optimise teamwork, reduce development time, and improve product quality. However, the lack of knowledge about the experience of implementing Scrum technologies negatively affects the efficiency of companies and their teams, which subsequently raises doubts about the feasibility of using this flexible methodology. In today's rapidly changing market environment and growing competition, businesses face the need to improve the efficiency of human resources management. Traditional management methods do not always provide the required level of flexibility and adaptability, which leads to reduced productivity, delays in project delivery, and insufficient communication within teams. This is especially true for businesses operating in rapidly changing industries such as IT, technology, and innovative manufacturing. In today's business environment, where competition and rapid change shape the business environment, effective HR management is becoming a crucial factor in the success of companies. One of the most promising approaches to improving these processes is the introduction of SCRUM technologies. As part of agile project management methodologies, SCRUM enables organisations to quickly adapt to change, increase team productivity, and ensure high quality products and services.
