Перехід на циркулярну модель розвитку економіки України: проблеми, переваги та перспективи

Стаття присвячена формуванню нових наукових рішень щодо пошуку шляхів забезпечення циркулярного постіндустріального переходу економіки України, як базової складової воєнного та пост воєнного відновлення української економічної системи і її елементів, у першу чергу бізнес-організацій та населення. Метою статті є дослідження стратегічних перспектив циркулярного постіндустріального переходу економіки України на основі надання характеристики ключовим сучасним парадигмам побудови економічних відносин («зелене економічне зростання», «пост зростання», «циркулярне зростання»), а також типам циркулярної моделі економіки (від’ємна, нейтральна та позитивна). Методологія: використано комплекс загальних та спеціальних методів на емпіричному і теоретичному рівнях, таких як: літературного аналізу – для розкриття наукової дискусії щодо проблематики циркулярної моделі розвитку економічних систем різного рівня; історичного аналізу – для визначення проблем циркулярного переходу в світі та розвитку економіки України, у тому числі в умовах ведення воєнних дій на території країни; логічного узагальнення – для надання теоретичної характеристики трьом парадигмам побудови економічних відносин («зелене економічне зростання», «пост зростання», «циркулярне зростання») та трьом типам циркулярної моделі економіки (від’ємна, нейтральна та позитивна); індукції та дедукції – для розкриття стратегічних перспектив циркулярного розвитку економічної системи України; наукової абстракції – для визначення проблем та переваг переходу на циркулярну модель розвитку економіки України. Результати: визначено стратегічні перспективи, проблеми та переваги переходу економічної системи України та її складових (елементів) на циркулярну модель економічного розвитку. Практичне значення: пропозиції даної статті слід розглядати в контексті їх важливості для забезпечення сталого довгострокового розвитку, як економіки Україні, так і бізнес-організацій і населення країни, у тому числі в умовах пост воєнного відновлення. Оригінальність / цінність – удосконалено підходи до розробки шляхів воєнного та пост воєнного відновлення економіки України, які на відміну від існуючих базуються на визначенні стратегічних перспектив розвитку економічної системи країни на основі циркулярного постіндустріального переходу.
